With over 40 years of experience in many facets of the Real Estate business, and listening to our clients needs, Income Realty started Income Realty Home Watch.
We realized there was additional value for our clients to have home watch services available. Many things can happen to an unoccupied residence due to the Florida tropical climate and without regular checks
Income Realty Corporation was founded in 1978 to help investors in residential and commercial real estate. As our number of clients and properties that we managed grew, we expanded our services to meet the needs. We have purchased, repaired and maintained, leased and managed hundreds of properties for varying periods and understand the need for Home Watch services. We act mainly for investors, but also represent sellers, owners and tenants through all phases of each transaction, as needed. Our service is confidential and comprehensive.
Colleen Harding
President
Colleen is one of Miami’s leaders in professional home watch and property management. Colleen was invited to join Income Realty Corp. in 2003, obtained her real estate sales license in 2005, and her Brokers license in 2008. In 2012, she became part owner and President of Income Realty. She is trained in home watch, property management, mortgage financing and association management, and is a professional member of the National Home Watch Association, a Certified Home Watch Professional, the National Association of Residential Property Managers, National Association of Realtors and Miami Association of Realtors. She keeps current with the latest technology and changes by attending several property management seminars each year.
Before joining Income Realty Corp., Colleen worked with Maintenance Systems International (MSI) in Montego Bay Jamaica, where she handled ever-increasing responsibilities, leading to the post of Executive Administrator reporting directly to the President. While at MSI, she helped with the Preventive Maintenance software programming, then it’s installation at several large well-known hotels; she also helped supervise total maintenance and renovation projects.

Dianara Ford joined Income Realty Corporation in October of 2017. She is part of the day-to-day operations and works with Colleen Harding help their Home Watch Services clients.
Dianara graduated from Florida International University with a Bachelors degree in Marketing and a certificate in Global Media Communications.

Vanessa Miller
In 2018, Income Realty Corporation. managed a property for Vanessa’s family. She was so impressed with their professional services , she decided to join their team after her retirement.
Vanessa joined Income Realty Corporation in 2019. Providing services for clients seeking rentals, buying and (or) selling residential and commercial properties. She also assists clients with home watch services and preferred property management needs. Her commitment, determination and passion is apparent through her professional approach. Vanessa builds relationships with clients through excellent service to buyers and sellers in order to earn their trust and provide a positive customer experience. She values the trust her clients place in her and she strives everyday to exceed their expectations. Vanessa is a member of the National
Association of Realtors.
Prior to joining Income Realty Corporation, Vanessa worked for 33 years with the Department of Children & Families as a Child Protective Investigator Supervisor until her retirement.
